Traveling, one of life's most exhilarating pleasures! You get to

- Experience vast culture
- Get a break from routine
Yet it can also take a toll on your physical, emotional and spiritual self. Between

- the dry as the desert airport,
just the start of the journey is enough to turn your insides a-tumble.
You would rather and know you ought to have a healthy prepared meal, yet all there is to eat is the prepackaged airplane food and snacks that leave you all puffed up, not completely satisfied and dry from the excess salt.
Upon arrival, though exhilarating, can cause stress

- sleeping in stuffy hotel rooms with who knows what on the rarely washed comforters.
- eating wherever is most convenient rather than what you wish for
